Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced in the pineal gland.

It enters the bloodstream in rhythms, meaning that its concentrations in the blood are highest at night and decrease during the day. It begins to be released in our body under the influence of darkness, which is why it is also called the night or sleep hormone. Daylight or artificial light reduces its production and secretion.

Naturally gluten-free. Not manufactured from wheat, soy, milk, eggs, fish, or shellfish. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes products containing these allergens.

Contains alcohol. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, adolescents, or individuals under 18 years of age. For healthy adults only, before bedtime. May cause drowsiness. If you experience drowsiness or dizziness, do not drive or operate machinery, and avoid activities requiring alertness where drowsiness could pose a safety risk. Do not consume with alcoholic beverages, while driving, or when operating machinery; driving and operating machinery is also discouraged within five hours after consumption. Individuals taking medication (especially sedatives, antidepressants, or other products with sedative properties) or those with health conditions (including depression, mood, behavioral or personality disorders, asthma, inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure, or epilepsy) should consult a physician before use. Melatonin is not recommended in combination with synthetic or natural substances that have calming or sedative effects. Due to insufficient data on long-term safety, use melatonin only occasionally.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a GLS email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time through the GLS online system.
GLS also allows certain delivery adjustments. Through the link in the notification, you can:

– redirect the parcel to another address,
– choose delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker or Parcel Shop,
– authorize GLS to leave the parcel at an agreed location.
